Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Rumpelstiltskin Dance turns a photo of a person or pet into a short dancing-imp video. That is fun when the subject is you, a friend who said yes, or your dog. It is not fun when the subject did not agree to it. These rules exist to keep the joke on the right side of that line. We may reject uploads, remove clips and suspend accounts that break them.

Photos you may upload

• Yourself.
• An adult who knows what the Service does and has agreed to be in the video.
• Your pet, or a pet whose owner is fine with it.

Photos you may not upload

• Minors. No one under 18, even your own children, even partially in frame.
• People who did not consent. No coworkers, exes, strangers, or anyone you have not asked.
• Celebrities and public figures. No actors, musicians, athletes, politicians, influencers or other recognisable public people, living or dead.
• Nudity or sexual content. No nude or sexually explicit photos, and no attempt to produce sexualised output.
• Images you have no right to use. No photos taken from someone else's social media, stock libraries or news sites without permission.

Uploads are screened automatically and may also be reviewed by the operator. Rejected uploads are deleted and no credits are charged.

What you may not do with the Service

• Use a generated clip to harass, bully, threaten, humiliate or intimidate the person in it or anyone else.
• Present a clip as a real recording, or use it to impersonate someone or to deceive.
• Pair a clip with audio, captions or context that is hateful, defamatory or sexually explicit.
• Create multiple accounts, use disposable email addresses, rotate IP addresses or otherwise try to get more than one free clip.
• Scrape, automate or resell access to the Service, or use scripts to submit generations.
• Probe, overload or interfere with the Service, its AI provider, or its bot protection.
• Remove or hide the watermark on a free clip.

Enforcement

The AI provider and our own checks may block an upload or a generation; when that happens the credits for it are returned automatically. Repeated or serious violations lead to account suspension or termination, and credits remaining on an account terminated for abuse may be forfeited. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities in cases involving minors or threats of harm.

Reporting a clip

If a clip on the Service shows you without your consent, or breaks the rules above, email support@rumpelstiltskindance.org with the clip link and a short description. You do not need an account. We respond within 2 business days and remove clips that violate this policy.
