  • the clip link, if your question is about a specific video,
  • the order id from your receipt, if your question is about a purchase.

Refunds and billing

Read the Refund Policy first. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; failed generations are refunded in credits automatically. To request a refund, email the address above with your order id and what you are asking for.

Removing a clip that shows you

If someone made a clip from a photo of you without your consent, email the address above with the clip link. You do not need an account. We will confirm the clip shows you and remove it, normally within 2 business days.

If you believe a clip or photo on the Service infringes your copyright, email the address above with the clip link, a description of the work you own, your contact details and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised. We act on valid notices promptly.
