Rumpelstiltskin Dance sells one-time credit packs through Stripe Checkout. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. This policy explains when a pack is refundable and how to ask.
If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
If you have used some credits from a pack, you can request a refund of the unused portion within 14 days of purchase. We refund pro-rata for the credits that remain, at our discretion, and we may decline if we see signs of abuse (for example a pattern of buying, generating and refunding). Credits that have been spent on completed generations are not refundable, including when you simply do not like the result; AI output varies, and a clip that rendered successfully counts as delivered.
Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. Expired credits are not refundable.
You never pay for a clip that did not render. When a generation starts, its credits are held from your balance. If the job fails or times out, the hold is released and the credits return to your balance automatically, usually within a few minutes. You do not need to contact us. If a generation failed and the credits did not come back, email us with the approximate time and we will fix it.
If you were charged twice for one pack, or charged an amount different from the price shown, email us and we will refund the difference in full.
Email support@rumpelstiltskindance.org from the email address on your account and include:
We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. The refunded credits are removed from your balance when the refund is issued.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We resolve almost every case by email, and a chargeback takes longer for everyone. If a chargeback is filed for a purchase whose credits were used, we may suspend the account and remove any remaining credits until the dispute is resolved.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including statutory withdrawal rights in the EU and UK where they apply.
